Connect to SQLite from ArcGIS

Create a folder connection in the Catalog tree and connect to the SQLite database or GeoPackage file. The file must have the extension .sqlite (or .SQLITE or .SQLite; it is not case sensitive) for ArcGIS to recognize it as an SQLite database or the file extension .gpkg (also not case sensitive) to recognize it as a GeoPackage.

Steps:
  1. Start ArcCatalog or ArcMap and open the Catalog window.
  2. Click Connect To Folder Connect To Folder.
  3. Browse to the folder that contains the SQLite database or GeoPackage and click OK.

The folder path is added under Folder Connections in the Catalog tree.

  4. Expand the folder and double-click the SQLite or GeoPackage file to connect to it.
